hi i was told 2 years ago that my son dean who is 15 now has perthis disease. i really dont know much about it. he as been told in the next year he will have surgery. his docter told him that this wouldnt cure him and he would still have the pain. can any one tell me does he really have to have this major surgery if its not going to help him hope to hear from you soon margaret
