My son is 2 1/2 years old and has been complaining of knee pain for a least six months. It was said to be growing pains. He has been complaining more and so we took him to a local orthopedic doctor who find it. He seen a pediatric orthopedist yesterday and he wants to take a wait and see approach. My son is very active. Is this normal treatment?
