Have you tried contacting Tony Herring at the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children in Dallas ((214) 559-5000)? He's recognized for his expertise in Perthes and although he treats only children, he may be able to refer you to a specialist who can effectively respond to your situation. Another possibility is Walter Bobechko at Medical City ((972)566-6700). I think he's the same Bobechko who developed the Toronto Brace for Perthes and published treatment results. He may be able to advise or refer you. gary
