I actually got a supplement callled Glucosamine MSM from my chiropractor. It has helped with my sons mobility quite a bit. It takes a few weeks for it to build up in the joint, but it has helped myson quite a bit. It was used alot for arthritis and the MSM is supposed to provide some anti-inflamatory effects also.
